This remodel honors the original mid‑century architecture by Ed Dreier, a well‑known Salt Lake architect celebrated for his modernist designs. Working with current architect Brad Waltman, we updated the home with warm, modern finishes while preserving its iconic character. Clean lines, natural materials, and thoughtful detailing keep the spirit of the original design intact. Our team balanced restoration with fresh updates to create a comfortable, timeless home. This project reflects our passion for preserving Utah’s architectural history while bringing homes into the present.
