A secluded cul-de-sac, a winding creek, and a home full of untapped potential, that was the starting point for this Sandy remodel, recently featured in Utah Style & Design. Working alongside architect Annie Schwemmer of Renovation Design Group and designer Alexis Mecham, Living Home Construction helped transform a dated 1980s traditional into a mountain-modern family home that is as beautiful as it is functional. A new wraparound porch, a streamlined kitchen and dining space, a reimagined primary suite, and three thoughtfully designed outdoor living areas now invite the family to enjoy every corner of a home, and a setting they've always loved.
